A good cafe to study in Sinchon

A good cafe to study in Sinchon : I’d like to introduce you to some good cafes to study in Sinchon, a university district.

Where is Sinchon?
The name refers to the areas of Sinchon-dong, Changcheon-dong, Seodaemun-gu, and Nogosan-dong, Mapo-gu, which are the bankruptcy centers of universities (Yonsei University, Sogang University, Ewha Womans University, and Hongik University) in the Midwest of Seoul. However, the actual administrative district and the scope of place names that people commonly recognize as downtown areas are different. Accordingly, ‘Sinchon’ in the administrative district and ‘Sinchon’ in the usual sense are explained separately.

The Sinchon commercial district is based on Yonsei-ro (Jeongmun-Sinchon Station) in the south-north direction and Myeongmul Street (Sinchon Train Station-Hyundai Department Store) in the southwest-north-east diagonal direction, and the characteristics of businesses vary in detail for each area based on these axes. At the intersection of the two axes, of course, a diagonal crosswalk was opened, but the opening of the Yonsei-ro Public Transportation Zone blocked and led to a wide crosswalk and a large square on both sides. Numerous performances such as busking and various promotional events are held in both squares. One side of the square leads to the U-Flex (Sinchon Hyundai Department Store Annex) Square, and there is an underground sidewalk at Sinchon Station on Line 2, which runs through the basement of Hyundai Department Store, along with the mecca of the promise of Sinchon called “Red Submersible.”

A good cafe to study in Sinchon

Franchise(Brand) Cafe

As Sinchon is a university district and a place where many people pass by and walk around, there are so many franchise cafes! Famous franchise cafes such as Starbucks, Ediya, Twosome Place, and Hollis Coffee will be easy to find on Sinchon Street!

There are a lot of Starbucks in Sinchon Except for one located on Yonsei University’s campus, you can find a total of six places. I think it would be good to look carefully at the location and size of each branch, or the atmosphere!

There are three Twosome Place in Sinchon. You can see one place as soon as you get out of Sinchon Station Line 2, and you have to go towards Yonsei University to see the other place. I personally recommend Twosome Place near Yonsei, but I think it’s a little more pleasant and spacious. There are always many people at the branch in front of the front of the station.

There are a total of five Idiya in Sinchon. There’s a lot, right? If you want to drink a special menu that you can enjoy in Ediya, such as peach flatcino, I recommend you go to Ediya!

Banapresso

Banapresso is also a franchise cafe, but the number is not as large as a large cafe like Starbucks, so I would like to introduce it separately.
The biggest advantage of Banapresso is! It means that the amount of drinks is a lot of drinks. If you’ve used other cafes a lot, it would have been very touching, but they don’t have to choose the size, but they serve a lot in a large size. Then isn’t the price higher? No! Even the price is cheap, so it’s bound to be very cost-effective!

A place to know in Sinchon

Yonsei-ro Square: It is a square that exists at the intersection where famous street and Yonsei-ro meet. It is a place where the Euplex Square was built even before the construction of the Yonsei-ro Public Transportation Zone, and there are many fun street performances and it is a mecca of promises. Since the square is quite large, appointments are usually made based on the red periscope in front of the Sinchon Station-Hyundai Department Store underground sidewalk entrance.

Cafe papa

Cafe Papa is located near the red telescope, a representative landmark of Sinchon. If you go inside, you can go down underground and there’s a space to go up on the ground. I’m using the whole building on several floors like Banapresso. There aren’t many seats here, but I felt the atmosphere was great for studying.

Cafe NAMU

Cafe trees have a cozy atmosphere and don’t the seats look very comfortable just by looking at the pictures??So I think it’s a really good environment for chatting comfortably, working on a laptop, and studying!!
And the cafe tree has 2nd and 3rd floors and there are many seats. Moreover, these large cafes are rarely open 24 hours a day! That’s why there can be a lot of people during the exam period.

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
