Here’s the list of famous restaurants on KBS! KBS unveiled “Korean Restaurant K-MAP,” which displays various restaurants introduced on KBS broadcasts, including “Korean Table.” You can choose the menu you want from the left, and it’s marked as a map rather than a list format, so it’s easy to search around my location!
In addition, if you press the pin displayed, you can see the broadcast clip that introduced the restaurant, so you can see how good it is by watching the broadcast. Don’t you think it’ll be very useful if you use it for domestic travel? Foreign language support is not available, but I think it’s a great opportunity to study Korean and explore restaurants!
I’m not the only one who knows these tips. Kiki’s family has the right to eat delicious food anytime, anywhere, so share it.

KBS’s representative food broadcast <Korean Table>.
KBS 1TV is a cultural program and a documentary program specializing in Korean cuisine. The host is Choi Bul-am. It airs every Thursday evening at 7:40 p.m., and the amount per episode is 50 to 55 minutes.
It first aired on KBS 1TV on January 6, 2011, and is self-proclaimed “Korea’s First Food Documentary” as a program that deals with the hidden stories, history, and food culture and characteristics of local foods throughout Korea.
In the 164th introduction, Choi Bul-am showed a note that he wrote himself. It is said that he writes what he thinks while filming the Korean table. It has been written since the first episode, and now it is the fourth volume. As you can see from the Korean table, it is a notebook that Choi Bul-am always carries with him. You can see him writing something down frequently throughout each broadcast.
Unlike conventional gourmet broadcasting programs, there are very few reactions or overactions that admire the taste of food and are calm. Choi Bul-am evaluates simply and honestly after tasting. Even if it doesn’t taste good, it tends to be mentioned plainly. In fact, it is because the broadcast format itself is mostly food that was eaten in poverty and local food rather than gourmet food.
Prior to the change to national broadcasting in April 2013, some regions were broadcasting their own programs at the same time instead of each local broadcasting station.
In consideration of this, it is also broadcasted nationwide every Tuesday morning. Originally, it was re-broadcasted every weekend, but instead of ending the KBS masterpiece line, it was changed to re-broadcast on a weekday afternoon. However, in the last week of February 2012, the KBS masterpiece line was revived and changed back to Tuesday morning. It can also be seen on KBS N LIFE, a paid broadcasting channel specializing in liberal arts. KBS N Life is limited to KBS my K, SkyLife, U+tv, Olleh TV, and wavve.
In addition, places that can be viewed on OTT are only available on wavve and KBS myK, and most other services such as Everyon TV and Olleh TV Mobile cannot be provided because they are not copyrighted at all. The target channels include skyTravel, Polaris TV, Dong-A TV, National Broadcasting Corporation (KTV), and CMC TV. However, in the past, only Everyon TV had a history of being able to watch through Edge TV. In particular, in the case of wavve, only Dong-A and Polaris TV cannot be watched.
