Have you ever used the Korean Railroad?

Have you ever used the Korean Railroad? : There are days when you inevitably have to take a train when you live in Korea. If I have to take a train, I think there are a lot of friends who choose KTX, do you know Saemaul or Mugonghwa except for KTX, a Korean high-speed railway?

Have you ever used the Korean Railroad?

Saemaeul Train

The history of the Saemaul train began in the mid-1970s, and at that time, traffic in rural areas was very inconvenient, so the government decided to operate the Saemaul train. At first, it was a pilot operation to increase the convenience of transportation in the region, but since then, more and more people have started using the Saemaul train and it has been recognized as a general means of transportation as it is now. The Saemaul train is operated by the National Railroad Corporation, and the route is expanded nationwide and is still used by many people.
Currently, Saemaul mainly connects out-of-town and rural areas, offering low prices, spacious seats, and a comfortable travel environment. Also, the Saemaul train is continuously operated to maintain local tourism and transportation convenience.

Both the special and regular rooms are legendary pole seats. The armrest has a seat button, which has a reclining function and additional function to operate the footrest at the bottom.

In particular, pole-type carriages are considered the most comfortable seats among all passenger trains in Korea. Rather, it is more convenient than KTX and SRT, which are high-speed trains.

In other words, no matter how much money it costs, you can choose KTX or SRT if you want to go fast, and Saemaeul if you want to have a comfortable seat, and Mugunghwa if you want to save money even if the time is long.

Mugunghwa Train

Mugunghwa Train is a passenger car that is organized into Mugunghwa Train, a train grade in South Korea, and is the largest number of vehicles on the Korean railways. Mugunghwa Train, which has four seats in one row, has a wide variety of types and is very easy to board. The grade of Mugunghwa was first established on August 15, 1977, and the grade of Mugunghwa was promoted to Mugunghwa in 1984 due to the reorganization of the train grade. As a result, it was changed to Mugunghwa Train, which was organized in an excellent grade.
Currently, Muhanbo Lake is connected to each region of Korea, and similar to Saemaul Lake, it offers low prices, spacious seats, and a comfortable travel environment. In addition, non-republic trains are still running steadily to maintain local tourism and transportation convenience.

In the case of Seoul-Suwon, it takes 1 hour by metropolitan subway, and in the case of Dongdaegu-Hayang/Yeongcheon, it takes 1 hour/, and in the case of Gupo-Busan, it takes 50 minutes, while Mugunghwa-ho can arrive in 30 minutes, 20/30 minutes, and 12 minutes, respectively, with the basic fare. In fact, the Busan Metropolitan Railway also plays an express role in the Mulgeum-Hwamyeong-Gupo-Busan/Bujeon-Shinhaeundae section.
In particular, the Cheonan-Yeongdeungpo section is sold out and is always crowded with standing passengers. As of 2023, congestion is increasing in sections where commuting demand is steady, such as Jochiwon Station-Pyeongtaek Station and Dongdaegu Station-Hayang Station. In particular, trains that run during the time when the interval between trains is small are selling out faster than before. In the Cheonan-Seoul section, the dispatch interval is about two to five cars per hour, and the fare is about 2,700 won between Suwon and Seoul, which is very low and the expression speed is about 82 to 99km/h, making it clear that it plays a role of seat express. On the Jungang Line, Cheongnyangni-Yongmun has a similar function with a facial express speed of 80 to 87km/h in about 40 minutes and a fare of 3,800 won, but Mugunghwa’s dispatch interval is too long to be said to be serving as a seat express for as many people as on the Gyeongbu Line.

According to the news registered this year (February 6, 2023), it is reported that train tickets for the Unrepublic and Saemaeul trains can be purchased directly through Handphone using the current “Korail Talk” app. The news explains how to use the “Korail Talk” app in detail, so you can buy it right away by referring to it.

Don’t just use KTX, the Korean high-speed railway, but you have two choices when you travel, Saemaeul and Unrepublican trains, so let’s meet a beautiful Korea at an affordable price! Have you ever used the Korean Railroad? While on a pleasant trip, open your mind and listen to the sound of a relaxed guitar, so that you can touch the difference of Korea more deeply!

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
