If you want to get a driver’s license in Korea?

You probably think it’s more convenient to be able to drive while studying in Korea, too! Especially when you go on vacationing! Some tourist attractions are perfect for driving when it is inconvenient to use public transportation! And if you’re in Korea, you should drive on the beach like Jeju Island

Then I’ll answer some questions first!

  1. 1. Can I take the exam in a foreign language?
⭕️ You can take the written test in Chinese, English, and Vietnamese, not in Korean!!
  2. 2. Is this license only available in Korea?
Available in various countries with ❌ international license!!
  3. 3. Which termination driver’s license should I take?
✔ Mostly 2 normal is enough! (1 million/60 points passed)

Okay! Should we officially get started to driver’s license Korea?
There are a total of three tests for the driver’s license test, and you have to pass all of them to get your driver’s license Korea

First of all, it’s a written test, but there are a lot of people who didn’t care about it because it was simple! Then, how can foreigners pass the exam well? Studying through an APP called “Driver’s License Plus”! Since it is a four-language version in this app, all 200 questions that can come out of the written test can be studied and tested here in advance so that you can easily study When you use this app, you have to choose type 2 normal and solve the problem! Reoccurrence! Other things are too hard!

And it’s hard to stare the day after you get the hang of it! I might forget it after some time
The written test you must take is an alien registration card, two ID photos, and a 10,000 won fee!
I have to pack it up and apply for a written test at the license test site and wait!

Because I have to take traffic safety education. And for those who haven’t had a medical examination in Korea yet, they need to take a physical examination, and if they did, they don’t have to!
After doing this, you can take the application form and take the test on the computer with the application form, and you can choose the language you want to take!!
And the test time was 1 hour and the problem solving was about 20 minutes faster than I thought! So I checked it again after it was all solved! As expected, I found a lot of problems!
I was so surprised at that time because the score came up on the computer right away at the last submission
Now! Summary of the written test for driver’s license:

  1. 1. Multilingualism is possible
    2. 2 Normal selection
  2. 3. Solving the problem of using driver’s license plus APP
  3. 4. The fee is 10,000 won, and two proof cups
  4. 5. Foreigner’s registration card (within 90 days of expiration)
  5. 6. Problem recheck required

The department test questions are all multiple-choice with a time limit of 40 minutes. The number of options varies from 4 to 5 depending on the problem. The problem is that there are problems that are just sentences, problems that are solved by looking at pictures (also known as illustrations) or pictures, and problems that are solved by watching videos. For those who can’t read, it can be replaced by oral tests instead of computer tests, and in this case, they can only take them once or twice a week at designated times.

The ratio of examinations for type 1 large and type 1 and type 2 general license departments is as follows.
Sentence type (21 questions): a question that only reads and solves sentences. There are 17 questions (34 points each) for the 4th paper 1 answer, and 4th paper 2 answer questions (12 points each).
Illustration type (6 questions): A problem that you solve by looking at the picture. 18 points each for 5 questions and 2 answers.
Photo type (7 questions): A problem that you solve by looking at a picture. 21 points each for 5 questions and 2 answers.
Safety sign type (5 questions): Problem solved by looking at the cover. 4 x 1 answer, 2 points each, 10 points.
Video type (1 question): A problem that you solve after watching a video. 4 paper 1 answer or 4 paper 2 answer 5 points.
The score is 2 points each for 1 answer and 3 points each for 2 answers. However, the video problem given one question is 5 points.

That’s all for today
Next time, I will share my experience with you about the skill test.

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
