Korean History Learned by Historical Drama 1 Empress Ki

If you want to learn Korean history, but you don’t know where to start and how to do it, you can start step by step and see the three dramas I will recommend, so you can have some knowledge of each era. The first drama I want to recommend is one of the dramas that I really enjoyed watching. Have you ever heard of Empress Ki?

Empress Ki’s drama tells the story of Empress Ki, who became an empress among princesses who were taken to the Yuan Dynasty during the Goryeo Dynasty, or to present-day Mongolia, and the story of the Goryeo Dynasty, which was influenced by the Yuan Dynasty at that time. The drama is a bit long in 51st grade, but it’s a drama where you can get some information about the Goryeo Dynasty, and I highly recommend it to those who like actress Ha Ji-won!

Korean History Learned by Historical Drama 2 Hwarang

The second drama I want to introduce is Hwarang. Do you know what the word “Hwarang” means? Hwarang means “a man as beautiful as a flower,” and the reason why it means this is because it is an organization made up of beautiful men who are full of abilities. Hwarangdo Island, which plays an important role in wars, was created by King Jinheung during the Silla Dynasty.

This drama consists of a total of 16 episodes that continue the story of King Jinheung and Hwarangdo during the Silla period. Actor Park Seo-joon and actor Park Hyung-sik, who are interesting and well-known around the world, are also a drama starring Tae-hyung of BTS and Choi Min-ho of Sini, so you can get a lot of information about Hwarangdo Island, especially during the Silla period.

Korean History Learned by Historical Drama 3 Mr. Sunshine

The last drama I want to recommend is Mr. Sunshine. Have you ever heard of Mr. Sunshine? This drama is about the love story between Eugene and Go Ae-shin, a former Joseon slave who returned to Joseon during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592. It also contains the story of Gu Dong-mae and Kim Hee-seung’s affection for Go Ae-shin.

If you watch this drama, which tells the story of the war that took place between Japan and Joseon, which is a total of 24 high schools, or the Japanese invasion of Joseon at that time, you can fully understand what happened at that time, and you can shed tears in between. Among the historical dramas I watched, this drama was the most memorable. It is a very realistic drama that reflects the people of the Joseon Dynasty.

Intention of the plan.

“A hot and righteous name, righteous army.”
We don’t have history, but we have to remember,
the unknown righteous army.

The only thing they wanted was a slave, a butcher, a Confucian scholar, and a poor citizen
It was not money, name, or honor, but the “sovereignty” of the Joseon Dynasty.

[Mr. Sunshine] It shakes and breaks
The unnamed heroes who are moving toward a strict mission,
It is a pleasant and painful, exhilarating and heavy anti-Japanese struggle history.

‘Romantic society and its enemies.’
Hanseong in the early 20th century.

East and West, scandal and scandal,
The era of the coexistence of “Prince” and “Dogs-toy.”

“Modern Girl” and “Modern Boy” drink Noseoa Gabi (coffee)
a cheerful era of ‘dance’ in a club.

He learned English and gave me “Chocolate” and confessed to “LOVE”
a sweet and bitter age of romance.

But someone in it,
His country was taken away, his name was taken away, and he died heroically, shouting “Long live Korean independence.”
an age of loss.

Mr. Sunshine is the most painful confession of modern history.

“And love.”
1905.

The U.S. enters into a secret agreement to hand over Joseon to Japan on the condition that the Philippines becomes a colony.

Japan, which has wings with the Katsura Taft Secret Treaty, finally reveals its wild ambition, and Ae-shin’s Joseon breaks down helplessly, and she said… She’s as pretty as a flower like that…

The drama “Mr. Sunshine,” scheduled to air in 2018, marking the 99th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea, is a lonely and majestic modern love story between Eugene Choi, a black-haired U.S. Marine Corps officer stationed in Joseon for U.S. interests, and Ae-shin Baby, the last bloodline of the Ko family.

That’s all for the 3 dramas I want to recommend. I hope you enjoy them.
Please recommend the drama that you enjoyed the most among the three above to your friend!

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
