Recommend a Korean book that is good to read when studying Korean : Reading Korean books is a very good way to learn Korean. Books are one of the important materials in language learning and help improve language skills.
Learning a language while reading a book helps you not only learn linguistic elements such as words and sentence structure, but also understand the culture and way of thinking of Korean. Also, reading books is very helpful in improving reading skills.
Reading Korean books is my way to enjoy learning languages. If it’s a hobby, it’s good to find and read books with interesting topics. On the other hand, if you are reading for the purpose of learning, it is better to select the appropriate level of difficulty and volume of books and read them steadily.

Then what book should I read?
It’s starting with the Korean textbook that you’re studying. Sejong University’s Korean, Seoul National University’s Korean, and so on. I learned a kind Korean book at Pusan National University’s language school. There are many conversations in Korean textbooks, including various grammar and words. If you start from there, it helps you practice speaking Korean.
When I read, I tend to play around when there’s no one. If you read it like that, you can check if your pronunciation is correct.
Other than that, it’s a Korean book. Some of the books I read were difficult and some were easy. You should start with an easy book and an interesting book. The book I want to recommend to you is as follows.
Born in 1982, Kim Ji-young – Cho Nam-joo. It’s a novel about problems that arise in the process of marriage and marital life.
Wan-deuk – Kim Ryeoryoung. Stories related to international marriage – a book about problems.
My life is pounding. It’s a novel about family love.
All three books are novels, and many Koreans also read them. All three of them are even made into movies. But books and movies are slightly different, so you have to be careful. It would be better to read books and watch movies together.
One more book I want to introduce is “Everyone’s History” by Oh Sun-young. The collection, which contains a total of eight works, depicts the lives of modern people living richly with realistic materials and perspectives. Sunflower Wall reveals the false consciousness of modern people’s pretentious lives and disguised lives through the story of a girl who has no choice but to “pack” her own life in a mural village.

There are two books I am reading. It’s a short and easy-to-read book. It used to be mainly a novel and now it’s a book for self-development. I hope I can get good information through this post. There are many other books that help you learn Korean, so it would be good to read various books according to your hobbies or interests. It is important not only to read books that help you learn, but also to choose books that you can enjoy with interest. Keep reading and improve your Korean skills!!!

an uncomfortable convenience store
Kim Ho-yeon’s novel series, published since 2021. It is a million-selling work, with one published in 2021 and two published in 2022. Thanks to its huge popularity, several versions of the cover have been released, including the representative cherry blossom edition. Like the best-selling books of all bookstores in Korea, the combined sales volume of the first and second books exceeded 1 million copies in the winter of 2022. The fact that there are many readers means that it is an easy-to-read novel!
The plot is as follows. The story begins one day when a man named Dokgo, who was living a homeless life at Seoul Station, works at a convenience store she runs at night due to the fact that he picked up a wallet for a woman in her 70s. This big bear-like man is unable to remember the past due to alcoholic dementia, speaks poorly, and acts poorly, making people doubt whether he can handle customers properly. Surprisingly, he not only works quite well but also becomes a reliable worker who strangely captivates people around him.
Why don’t you go to the bookstore today and buy a novel in Korean and start reading it?
