Have you been to Songdo International City, Incheon, a smart city? Songdo International City, a smart korean city : Songdo International City, the Incheon Free Economic Zone, is a free economic zone created by reclamation of the sea in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and is the world’s largest private city development project built with about 40 trillion won in private capital. Based on the international urban development of cities such as Shanghai, Singapore, and Dubai, which began in earnest in the 1990s, the city is being developed on reclaimed land 17 times that of Yeouido, Seoul, and 55 km2 larger than Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province.

The site has the shape of an artificial island connected to the land by a bridge with the unburied sea in between. The development of Songdo International Business District is being carried out by Gale International and POSCO E&C. The city’s master plan was designed by the New York office of Con Pederson Fox (KPF). The development, manpower, and development of infrastructure are mainly through private financing.

The area, home to 163,000 people in Ak, is seeing a growing number of tourists coming from outside of South Korea. It is also called the future city and is being reborn as an international city.

Let me introduce you to the places worth visiting in Songdo, Incheon! If you go to Songdo, make sure to go to these places~

Songdo International City, a smart korean city

G Tower
There is a free observatory on the 33rd floor of the G tower. You can see Songdo at a glance from the G Tower, the representative of Songdo Observatory. From the first floor of the building, you can go up to the 33rd floor to the Ifes Public Relations Hall and the observatory. It’s a great place because you can see the view of the sea at a glance along with Incheon Bridge. You can see the story of the sea through the screens inside the observatory, and you can explore the city interestingly with VR and Touch Skirin! The most popular corner here is the VR experience zone. In addition, you can enjoy all activities through the touch screen at the i-Explore Experience Zone. You can create your own character by taking a picture of your face and combining it with an icon. An eco-friendly city, an astronaut, a cultural city… Many backgrounds are set, so you can take pictures with great interest and get pictures free of charge by email!

Songdo Central Park
It is a park that is not far from G Tower and represents Songdo International City. An artificial lake flows through the city center, so it is a great place to take a walk while looking around because it has a wide range of traditional pavilions, sculptures, and trails. Next to Central Park, ‘Tribowl’ catches the eye from the appearance of three circular buildings! It’s a great place to take a walk, especially at night! It looks like a very smart park!

Incheon Urban History Museum
It’s a museum located next to Central Park. This is a museum exhibiting the process of the creation of the current city of Incheon, focusing on the modern era, which suffered a lot as a foreign port of Seoul. Looking at the history and formation process of Incheon for free, I feel like I’m in the old Incheon. There are many things to see, and it was great to know not only Incheon but also some history of Korea through him! It’s a place I want to be very humble!

Songdo Hanok Village
Smart City Songdo International City. You all know that there are only modern tall buildings, artificial lakes, and power generation technology, right? There is a Hanok Village in the middle of Songdo! It’s a 10-15 minute walk from Central Park. There, the Hanok Village is not large in size, but there are restaurants and cafes inside, so you can enjoy the beauty of Hanok Village while taking a walk or eating rice and coffee.

There are various types of restaurants, and they are popular and delicious restaurants. I’ve been to a Chinese restaurant. I enjoyed the view of Hanok Village and delicious food, so I ate it more deliciously!>.<. It’s a great place to take a walk at night! And it’s a good place to stay, but it’s a bit expensive, but if you have a chance to experience it, it’s a very healing place!

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
