What is SKY in korea?

Date:

What is SKY in korea? SKY is used to refer to top universities in college entrance exams, Seoul National University, Korea University, and Yonsei University, where “S” stands for Seoul National University, “K” stands for Korea University, and “Y” stands for Yonsei University. These universities are traditionally recognized as high-ranking universities in Korea and are very popular with students due to their high competition rate for entrance exams.

Seoul Nat’l Univ., Korea Univ., and Yonsei University (Yonsei Univ.) are slang words coined after the first letters of the Romanized names ‘S’, ‘K’ and ‘Y’.

It is a university ranking term that is mainly used as a pronoun for the best universities and academic backgrounds in Korea. It is not known exactly when it was first used, but if you search the Naver News Library, you can see that it appeared in a 1982 article.

It also appears in foreign media outlets dealing with Korean universities and higher education. Of course, there are many articles aimed at seeing Korea’s university ranking and education-oriented society. The English title of the documentary “The Country of Study,” which was screened at the 2015 Busan International Film Festival, is also Reach for the SKY. Currently, the acronym SKY is widely used not only for the above academic-oriented criticism, but also for exchange students and many foreign college students who want to come to Korea to study abroad.

Currently, about 80% of students attending SKY are superstitious listeners of national scholarships or 9th and 10th quartiles. Related articles show that 80% of SKY students are from families with the top 20% of income + property, which is evidence that they are gradually changing to a structure that cannot pay attention to their children’s education unless the social structure is economically prosperous. In fact, the proportion of high-income students at SKY University is increasing. However, there are many errors in the previous argument. First of all, if the parents are public officials, they are unconditionally determined in the tenth quintile. In addition, even in the 9th and 10th quintiles, actual income may be overestimated compared to the net income earned by parents running small and medium-sized enterprises or working together. Let’s not misunderstand that they are high-income just because they are attending SKY.

Do you know about four major insurances policies in Korea?

Have you ever heard of the word "four major insurances"?If you've watched news and TV a lot while living in Korea, you've probably heard it at least once. But what's the big four insurance policies? Does it matter to foreigners?I'll tell you more about the four major insurances today. What are the four major insurances? Korea's four major insurances refer to all four insurances directly managed by the government to ensure a stable economic life for the people from social risks. In Korea, people with income, companies, and institutions are required to pay four major insurances! It's a mandatory subscription insurance that all workers must sign up for, regardless of whether they are interns, non-regular workers, or regular workers!Foreigners also have to pay four major insurances if they work for a Korean company! When you look at job postings on recruitment sites, there are often the same conditions as "four major insurances included." Some companies offer four major insurances instead, or some companies have such conditions, such as 50%. What are the four major insurances? The four major insurances include national pension, national health insurance, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance. In the case of international students, if they live in Korea for more than six months, they are obligated to pay national health insurance every month. If you get a job in Korea, you have to pay the national pension, employment insurance, and industrial accident compensation insurance in addition to the national health insurance. Then what kind of benefits do you think each insurance provides? The four major insurances don't usually get any benefits right away, but they can get benefits depending on the conditions of the insurance the national pension The National Pension Service pays 4.5% of its monthly salary as an insurance premium almost every year. The national pension, which is later paid for retirement, is a system created in preparation for not being able to work if a worker retires after a certain age. In other words, when you retire later, you have the amount you can get every month, and that amount will be returned to the National Pension Service we paid for! employment insurance It is a system created for...
